In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (6) of section 88 of the Income-tax Act, 1961, (43 of 1961), the Central Government hereby notifies the Sri Kanyaka Parameswari Devasthanam & Charities, Kotwal Market, Madras, to be of historic archaeological and artistic importance for the purposes of the said section
