NOTIFICATION NO. 253/2005, DATED 29-11-2005

S.O. 1678(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by the clause (23EA) of section 10 of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Government hereby specifies the "National Stock Exchange Investor Protection Fund Trust" Mahindra Towers, ‘A’ Wing, 1st Floor, RBC, Worli, Mumbai – 400018 as an Investor Protection Fund set up by National Stock Exchange of India Limited, a recognized stock exchange in India, for the purposes of the said clause.
