Notification No. S.O. 1246, dated 21st March, 2002.

In exercise of the powers conferred in clause (23G) of section 10 of the Income-tax Act, 1961, the Central Government hereby makes the following correction in the name of the enterprise approved vide Notification No. 50/ 2002, dated 26th February, 2002.

2. In para 3 of the notification, the enterprise approved shall be corrected to read as "Gujarat Power Gen Energy Corporation Ltd., 6th Floor, 'Chanakya' Off. Ashram Road, Ahmedabad-380 009."
