In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause (iia) of clause (15) of section 10 of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Government hereby notifies the Special Deposit Scheme, 1981, introduced by the Government of India on 4-2-1981 for the purpose of the said section.
