The Notification of Agreement between the Government of the Republic of India
and Government of Gibraltar was published on 4th April, 2OL3 through S.O. 924(E)
Notification No. 28/2Ot3 rzF. No. 5O3/LL/2009 - FTD-|. A copy of the same is enclosed
for information.

2. Allthe provision of the said Agreement between the Government of the Republic
of India and the Government of Gibraltar for exchange of information with respect to
taxes shall be given effect to in the Union of India with effect from the 11ttt March,
20L3.
