S.O.1058(E).- In exercise of the power conferred by sub-section (2) of section 96 of the Finance (No.2) Act, 2004 ( 23 of 2004), the Central Government hereby appoints the 1 st October, 2004 as the date on which Chapter VII of the said Act shall come into force.
