Whereas by notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance number S.O. 469(E) dated the 2nd July, 1996 [(1996) 133 CTR (St) 46], issued under clause (b) of the Explanation to section 35AC of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Government had specified at Serial number-7 construction, equipments with all amenities of Vrudahshram and Eye Hospital at Sachina Sub-Panchayat, Village Haripur, Taluk Virmagam, District Ahmedabad, Gujarat, by Shri Hari Public Charitable Trust, 5/A Krishna Society, Near Law Garden, Ellisbridge, Ahmedabad, as an eligible project or scheme for a period of three years beginning with assessment year 1997-98.

This Corrigendum contains amendment to Income-tax Act, 1961, carried out on 18th Nov., 1999 not reproduced here as it is already contained in the body of the act itself.
