Whereas by notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance number S.O. 267(E) dated the 29th March, 1994, [(1994) 118 CTR (St) 4] issued under clause (b) of the Explanation to section 35AC of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Government had specified at serial number 5 construction of a 200 bedded hospital named as Nirmay Tirth, with mobile dispensaries at Sola, District Ahmedabad for providing free medical treatment including examination, dispensation of medicines, pre-operative diagnosis, surgical, operations and postoperative care and providing beds and diet free of cost to patients admitted in the hospital and free stay for relatives of patients from distant places, by Shree Bhagawat Vidyapeeth, Krishna Dham, Sola, Ahmedabad, as an eligible project or scheme for a period of three years beginning with assessment year 1994-95 which was further extended vide S.O.
