In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of the Explanation to section 35AC of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Government, on the recommendations of the National Committee, hereby specifies eligible project and scheme and the estimated cost thereof as mentioned in columns (3) and (4) respectively of the Table below to be undertaken by the company specified in the corresponding entry in column (2) of the said Table.
