It is hereby notified for general information that the perpetual approval granted to the following Institution on perpetual basis under section 35(1)(ii) of the Income-tax Act, 1961, vide Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) Notification No. 71 (F. No. 203/10/72-ITA. II) dated 15-4-1972, is hereby converted into a time-bound one valid up to 31-3-1988. This approval is sibject to the condition that investment of donation obtained under section 35(1)(ii) will be made only in Government securities and nationalised banks.
